clustERGM
clustERGM is a cloud hosted interactive web application to cluster networks based on Exponential family Random Graph Models. Upload your network data in the form of binary adjacency matrix in .csv format and get it analyzed in real time. The top row must indicate labels for the nodes. The app is likely to scale up-to 500 nodes. To analyze larger networks, please write to me at amalag.19@gmail.com, instead of crashing the server.
GeoNet
GeoNet is a cloud-hosted interactive web application that utilizes existing surface water chemistry data to detect the signature of spill event. The goal of GeoNet is to detect statistically significant polluting spill events based on measured concentrations of different analytes upstream and downstream. This app was featured in the computer module at Shale Network Workshop, 2018.
HiCEpigen
HiCEpigen is a cloud-hosted interactive web application that shows the chromosome intensities in the HiC data. I use is a constrained LASSO model with predictors as the boundaries of Topologically Associated Domains (TADs) and the epigenetic information as genetic states. The goal of HiCEpigen is to visualize theoriginal HiC and model predicted sub-matrices in different windows.
